Karv Meats is a family-run butcher shop, deli, and tavern in Harrison County, founded by the Brooks and Baker families. On sustainably managed pastures, our animals receive attentive, low-stress care—because great flavor starts with great treatment. In-house, “Karv” turns whole animals into premium, fully traceable steaks, roasts, and house-made sausages. Our scratch kitchen serves stacked sandwiches, creative entrees, and weekly specials, and the tavern pours craft cocktails and rotating local drafts in a warm, community setting.
