Karv Meats is a family-run butcher shop, deli, and tavern in Harrison County, founded by the Brooks and Baker families. On sustainably managed pastures, our animals receive attentive, low-stress care—because great flavor starts with great treatment. In-house, “Karv” turns whole animals into premium, fully traceable steaks, roasts, and house-made sausages. Our scratch kitchen serves stacked sandwiches, creative entrees, and weekly specials, and the tavern pours craft cocktails and rotating local drafts in a warm, community setting. Every bite and sip carries our promise of quality.

Built for easy weeknight meals and everyday cooking. This box is packed with versatile cuts and freezer staples that make it simple to keep good meat on hand.
Includes: 5 lbs Ground Beef, 3.5 lb Chuck Roast, 1 lb Pork Bacon, 1 lb Beef Bacon, 1 lb Chorizo, and 1 lb Italian Sausage.
Steakhouse Beef Box — $149
Built for steak nights at home and premium cuts off the grill. This box is packed with hand-cut favorites and a more elevated mix for a better meal at home.
Includes: ribeyes, strips, and butcher’s choice cuts. Ideal for grilling nights and special dinners at home.
Pitmaster Beef Box — $199
Built for the smoker and made for low-and-slow cooking. This box is packed with bigger cuts and barbecue favorites that are worth taking your time on.
Includes: briskets, ribs, and rotating BBQ cuts. Limited availability each month and built for serious cookouts.
