When will you be open?
We are excited to announce that we are tentatively planning to open on November 1, 2024. We are currently in the process of remodeling the old Butt Drugs building to give it a new life and can’t wait to share it with you. Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to our opening day!
Where is your meat processed? Is it state inspected?
We use two local meat processing facilities: Memphis Meats in Memphis, Indiana, and Green River Meats in Campbellsville, KY. Both are of course, USDA inspected. These two facilities handle the processing, but we cut in house!
The general rule in Indiana is: All meat from livestock and poultry intended for human food must be slaughtered and processed in an establishment inspected by the Indiana State Board of Animal Health (BOAH) or the United States Department of Agriculture-Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA-FSIS).
Can I get a price list?

Do you have Vegan or Vegetarian food options in your deli?
Yes! Our menu is currently under development, but there will be options for our non-meat devouring friends! If you join our email list you will be one of the first to know once that menu is published!
Can I purchase bones for my dogs?
Yes, we will have bones for our furry friends.
Do you only carry beef? What about other meats? Where are these sourced?
We will carry other meats including chicken, pork and seafood. We are currently working on sourcing these and will make sure you know where it comes from once we have those details.
Do you offer details on your meat, such as whether it is grassfed, organic, free-range, etc?
Our beef is raised on grass, then supplemented with feed and grain finished during the last 6 months for the highest quality taste and most marbling. Once we have sourcing determined for our chicken, pork, and seafood, we will be able to add those details for those meats as well.
Do you raise all your meat? What farms does your meat come from?
We raise the beef. As we bring in other meat options, we will likely be purchasing from several farms. We will share those details as they come!
Do you offer bulk purchasing options? Do I have the option to purchase a discounted quarter cow for example?
Yes, we will offer bulk purchase options such as ¼, ½ or even a whole cow. Those details will come out in our pricing lists soon. Make sure you join our email list to stay in the loop!
